We usually take 2 to 3 working days to process orders. An additional 2 working days may be required during peak festive and sale periods. If any item is out of stock, we will contact you to revise the delivery date or your order.

Deliveries To All Other Countries
To ensure delivery, please provide us your correct and complete particulars, including your full name, address, a contactable telephone number and a valid email address.
In the event that a sent package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange either for re-delivery after the problem has been resolved or for a refund of the product price. You will need to pay the associated re-delivery costs if the problem is due to your error, eg. incomplete address information.
You may change your order before delivery arrangements have been confirmed, at no extra charge. Please give us enough time to process the changes and alter our delivery arrangements.
In the rare event that your parcel has not arrived several days after the expected date of delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
We do not charge any customs duties or import taxes on your items. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs authority about payment of customs duties or import taxes for your purchases. We are required to declare the nature and full value of items sent to you, even if they are gifts.
